Tried to call the store twice yesterday morning to order 8 donuts with custom writing. No one ever picked up. Ended up going into the store after 4 pm to get donuts anyways. Whoever was running the store obviously doesnt enjoy his job. Asked if he would be able to write congrats on them, seemed like he was gonna be able to do it only to say "thats a morning thing" sir, I did call, TWICE. not my fault that yall dont answer the phone. He moved with absolutely no urgency and made everything seem like it was a bother to him. As I'm checking out, I get spooked when I realize that theres another employee hiding behind the counter and a sign. The only reason I didnt give it just 1 star is because he gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. Edit: the donuts were from the morning bake and stale when we got them

Worst experience ever… Called the store twice 20 minutes before coming to check when will hot donuts be available and they didn’t answer. Got all the way to the store and the girl over the speaker told me that the donuts that just had came out weren’t cooked all the way through and that the grease wasn’t heating up completely. I decided to pull to the window to ask if there would be any more coming up and the guy at the window told me to come back in 25 minutes because the first batch usually doesn’t come out the best with the grease heating up. I said okay and that I wish the phone was working because it would’ve saved me a little time and the next closest Krispy Kreme was also over 35 minutes away so I decided to get gas near by and come back in less than 15 minutes. Once I got back to the window the girl told me that the donuts were already ready so I ordered my dozen of original glaze and a watermelon mango freeze. Then this when things went for a turn. There was a very tall African American guy who came to the window and started talking to me saying “He understands there was an altercation with another employee earlier”, which confused me because I literally had no altercat

Once before, I said "never again", but I ordered a dozen donuts tonight, 7/3/26 @ 5:30 p.m. $22.83 for VERY dry, stale donuts. Save your money.

Always a great experience at Krispy Kreme! The doughnuts are fresh, delicious, and there are so many great flavors to choose from. The staff is friendly, and it’s always a treat stopping by for a sweet snack. A classic favorite that never disappoints.

Wow. If National Donut Day is a key marketing opportunity to get people in the door and excited about donuts, this location did NOT understand the assignment. Rude, short, no smiles, and petty! My daughter rolled up to get our one free donut + we wanted to buy a couple of extra dozen to hand out around the neighborhood today. School is out! Let's spread some joy! The lady at the drive-through was short and irritated with us and didn't seem to understand our simple order-- two assorted dozens, and two $2 glazed dozens. Plus the 2 freebies. When we got to the window, the man said, "you only get one of those deals not both." I didn't realize he was talking to me so I said, "excuse me?" He repeated himself and I said, "oh! I misunderstood. Just the 4 dozen donuts then." The woman who took my order was still annoyed and said, "it doesn't even matter. Whatever. Just give it to them." I said "happy donut day," and they both rolled their eyes. Look, I just spent $42 on a whim because of a great advertising strategy, and if Krispy Kreme can't get their own people to be happy and excited, then what's it for? Boo, manager. Boo.
